Service terms

Business and service: Forwarder Gem. Last updated: 21 October 2026.

Using the service

Forwarder Gem copies or forwards Telegram posts according to your rules. Use only channels and content you are authorized to access and redistribute. Do not use the service for spam, fraud or evading Telegram restrictions.

Bot mode requires the selected bot to administer the source and destinations. Hybrid uses our service reader in the source and a posting bot administering destinations. Your personal Telegram account does not need channel membership.

Plans and payments

The pricing page explains current prices, quotas and capacities. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Activation depends on verified payment status. Temporary access does not change subscription billing.

Cancel the next renewal in Billing & support. Paid-through access remains subject to account and Telegram restrictions. Blocking an account and cancelling its subscription are separate actions.

Refunds

We currently do not offer voluntary refunds. Cancellation does not refund previous payments. This policy does not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Delivery and availability

We do not guarantee a fixed arrival time or uninterrupted delivery. Telegram limits, network conditions and media processing affect results. An uncertain send is held for inspection rather than automatically resent. Recent in-memory work can be lost during a crash.
