Information we process

We store account and Telegram identifiers, registered email, subscription/payment references, rules and channel IDs. Customer bot tokens and stored Hybrid invite links are encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed. Our operator manages the shared Hybrid reader session.

We process messages and, when required, media for forwarding and requested transformations. Activity records can contain message previews and errors. Message mappings support requested synchronization and recovery. Owner action records support security and customer support.

Providers and storage

Telegram receives bot/reader requests and forwarded content. Razorpay handles checkout; card details are not submitted to this application. Email uses Resend when configured. The service is hosted on Google Cloud.

Retention

Activity logs are normally retained for up to 7 days; your plan may expose a shorter history. Operational aggregates retain hourly records for 30 days and daily records for 400 days. Account, billing, audit and unresolved recovery records have separate operational retention; cancellation does not automatically delete them.

Your choices

Pause or delete rules, disconnect bots and eligible Hybrid sources, and cancel renewal through your account. Contact support@foldwings.com for access, correction or deletion requests. We verify the requester before handling account data and explain any records we need to retain.

Sign-in uses an essential signed session cookie. These pages do not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts. The service has no anonymous password-recovery lookup.
