The practical limits, clearly explained
Each owned bot supports 10 active destination slots. The shared bot supports 2 per customer, with 20 slots across the service. Shared slots are included in your plan total, subject to availability. Two rules to the same channel count twice. Full paid capacity requires owned bots.
Paid Hybrid supports up to six pending/connected sources and one addition per rolling 24 hours. Removal restarts the wait; reader capacity and Telegram cooldowns can delay joining. Telegram sending limits apply to every plan. Paid priority helps under contention; quiet-channel speeds may tie.
A little clarity.
Before you go.
The practical bits, without the guesswork.
How do I get started?
Open the bot in Telegram, start on Free and create your first rule. Add the selected bot as administrator, check its permissions, then activate. Paid plans unlock your web dashboard and owned bots.
Do I need to join every channel?
No. In Bot mode, your selected bot must be an admin in the source and destinations. In Hybrid, our reader must be joined to the source and your selected bot must be a destination admin. Your own Telegram account does not need to join either channel.
Can I use private channels?
Hybrid supports accessible broadcast channels, including supported private invite links. A channel may require administrator approval before the reader joins. Protected redistribution, paid invite links and unsupported content are rejected explicitly.
Will my formatting survive?
Source Telegram formatting such as bold, italic and monospace is preserved where supported. Replacement text and headers/footers are plain text; typing Markdown or HTML into them does not create formatting.
Does a paid plan guarantee a particular speed?
No fixed arrival time is promised. Paid plans have higher scheduling priority and separate short-send connections; Lightning isolates owned-bot connections. Quiet-channel speeds may tie. Network conditions, media and Telegram limits still matter.
What happens when something goes wrong?
Permission problems keep setup paused. Failed or uncertain forwarding operations are logged and skipped; later posts continue automatically without owner approval. Uncertain sends are never automatically replayed. Recent in-memory work can be lost during a crash under the documented send-first persistence policy.
How do Hybrid source limits work?
Both paid plans allow six pending/connected Hybrid sources and one addition per rolling 24 hours. Removing a source restarts the waiting period. Shared-reader capacity and Telegram cooldowns also apply.
How do billing and help work?
Choose a plan inside Telegram and use its signed Razorpay checkout link. Payment is confirmed by verified provider status. Use Plans & billing to check status and Help for setup guidance. Cancelled renewal and paid-through access are treated separately.
