Find a channel ID
Open the Telegram channel ID helper, then forward a post from the channel. Copy the negative ID into your rule. If Telegram hides the original channel or prevents forwarding, ask a channel administrator for its numeric ID.
Check permissions in the rule editor before saving. Bot mode requires the selected bot to administer both sides. Hybrid requires our reader in the source and the posting bot to administer destinations.
Talk to us
Include your registered email or Telegram account and describe the affected rule. Never send passwords, bot tokens, private invite links, login codes or session files.
Paid customers can find the direct Telegram contact in Billing & support.
Billing and cancellation
Use Billing & support to review your plan and cancel its next renewal. Cancellation retains access through the paid-through date; it does not refund an earlier payment.
We currently do not offer voluntary refunds. Contact us about an incorrect charge or service problem.
